Mr. Fuster is a founding member of OC-IT.com. Mr. Fuster’s role has great emphasis on business continuity, not only effectively implementing solutions for clients that provide cost savings, but also providing solutions that guarantee resource availability, a core value in today’s business. Mr. Fuster relies on a wide range of experience with a variety of different technologies; from designing and implementing broadcast automation systems and business networks, to Voice over IP telecommunications systems. Having formerly owned and operated a computer consulting firm, Mr. Fuster thoroughly understands the importance of customer service and how to deliver through high availability and relevant technical training.


Mark Petts

Mark Petts brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience in information systems, information technology, and a passion for problem solving to the OC-IT team. As CTO, Mark's responsibilities include the day-to-day IT service operations of the company, management of technical staff, and as a high-level technical resource for both our engineers and clients. Mark was previously Vice President at Lender Processing Services, a division of the Fortune 500 company, Fidelity National Financial, where he held multiple roles, including the initial design and subsequent high-level support of the rapidly growing division's IT infrastructure, management of a large department dedicated to real property title review and problem resolution, and performed strategic mortgage lender planning during the late-2000's sub-prime mortgage crisis. Other prior roles have included Title/Escrow Officer, IT consultant, Windows and Linux server administration, and even a stint working in Houston and Chicago as a nightclub DJ. Originally from the United Kingdom, Mark's first computer was a Sinclair ZX80, and he later studied Computer Science at the University of Hertfordshire before immigrating to the United States in the early 1990's.

As a founding member OC-IT, Ed is responsible for the day-to-day financial reporting of the company. With a highly diversified background in business, Ed started his career in corporate taxation and later transitioned to sales with two fortune 100 companies. Having won numerous sales awards Ed knows what it takes to be successful. Ed has also been a part of a small start-up company that emerged as an industry leader and ultimately tendered an IPO. In addition, Ed was CEO of an asset protection and funding company that focused on real estate assets and $7 billion dollars’ worth of “Green” initiatives. Ed’s main business focus includes market and financial analysis, accounting, sales, management, and human resources. Always keeping a keen eye on the key metrics driving profitability, Ed enjoys his family while travelling, camping, sailing and is an avid musician.
